You can return your product
If for some reason you don’t like your new Podspeakers, you can return your product for an exchange or a refund.
You just have to make sure of 3 things:
- It is within 30 days of when you received the product.
- The item is as new and including all original accessories.
- The item is still in the original packaging.
Follow these steps to begin a return:
- Email us your order number at email@example.com – please state “Return” in the subject field.
- Podspeakers will email you back with the necessary steps to proceed with your return. Please allow 24 hours for a response.
- Immediately after receiving the additional information, we will proceed with the return procedure.

Please note that at this time we can only accept products purchased directly on our webshop. If you have purchased a product from one of our retail partners, please contact them directly.
ShippingDelivery will normally take place within 3-6 working days. The usual delivery time depends on the delivery address; our shipping and handling partner will estimate this and inform you when the delivery dispatched.
Liability for delay of delivery
Podspeakers makes every effort to deliver goods within the estimated time frames; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure. If Podspeakers does not deliver the goods within 30 days from the date when the order was placed, Podspeakers is required to make the delivery within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances. Please contact Podspeakers at email@example.com for further information regarding delivery times. If Podspeakers fails to deliver the goods within an additional period appropriate to the circumstances, you are entitled to terminate the contract.
Liability for damage during transport
Podspeakers assumes the risk and liability for any damage to the goods during transportation for delivery until you or someone appointed by you has taken physical possession of the goods. If, regardless of the reason, you choose to return the goods, you assume the risk and liability for any damage to the goods during the transportation of the return goods until Podspeakers has taken physical possession of the goods. Thus, we always recommend that you use the original shipping cartons for packing the product.
Defect and limited warranty
This warranty applies to products (individually called the “Product”) made by Podspeakers Denmark A/S (“Podspeakers”). Podspeakers warrants (“Limited Warranty”) that the Product is free of defects in materials and workmanship at the time of its original purchase in the Podspeakers webshop by the end-user (the “Customer” or “you”).
All defects in materials and workmanship: This Limited Warranty covers the functionality of the Product for its normal, intended use in an environment as specified in the Owner’s Manual only and does not cover malfunctions resulting from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, e.g. accident, excess moisture, improper packing, lightning, power surges, or any tampering, alteration, or modification not authorized by Podspeakers.
This Limited Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the Product at Podspeakers’ discretion, and any costs incurred for transportation, removal, or installation of a product are not covered by this Limited Warranty.
Podspeakers is in no event liable for any indirect or consequential losses or for loss of data, claims from any third party, or loss of profit, irrespective of whether such losses are direct or indirect. Unless otherwise explicitly stated in documents provided in connection with the purchase, the warranty period is 24 months in accordance with the Danish law of Sale of Goods.
The warranty period starts when the Product is delivered to the Customer and ends 24 months after the delivery date. However, the warranty period ends immediately if the Product is repaired, altered, or modified by persons/companies that are not authorized by Podspeakers, or if the serial number has been removed from the Product for whatever reason.
If, during the applicable warranty period, Podspeakers receives a valid notice of a defect in any product covered by Podspeakers’ warranty, Podspeakers will, at Podspeakers’ option, within a reasonable time after being notified of the defect (1) repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, (1) replace the Product, or (3) refund the purchase price of the Product.
